PICTURE COMING IN SEPTEMBER!

Going into my junior year, this will be my third year as a student at HPRHS, as well as my third year as a member of TSA. My freshmen year, I took Women in Engineering, as well as Architecture I. I fully enjoyed both classes; however it was in Mr. Wallace’s Women in Engineering that I was first exposed to TSA. As a class, we were split up into groups and were given a competition to compete in the NJ state TSA conference. My group and I competed in the medical design competition and innovated a medical needle to include numbing spray that would instantly numb the surface before the needle punctured it. Although we did not place at the state conference, it was a great experience. Sophomore year, I enrolled in Architecture II and continued my membership in TSA. This time I signed up for the interior design competition for the state conference. After hours of hard work and dedication, my partner and I created a sleek, professional presentation board of our design. However, we did not place at the conference. Now as a junior, I am determined to place and make my way to nationals. This year I will be taking Architecture III and I am looking forward to being your TSA secretary.
